WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

The Netherlands:

Monday to Friday:
Ordered before 4:00 PM, shipped the same day. This only applies on working days and if the items are in stock in our central warehouse. Delivery can then take 1 to 2 working days.

Saturday and Sunday:
Do you order on Saturday or Sunday? Then your order will be shipped on Tuesday at the latest. Delivery can then take 1 to 2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a DHL Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the shipment yourself.

We also have pre-order items. The delivery time deviates from the standard delivery time. To be sure, check the desired item. The indicated delivery date is leading.

Belgium:

Did you receive a damaged / discolored product upon delivery?

That is of course very annoying and not the intention. We try to prevent this with quality control prior to shipment. If an item is accidentally delivered damaged, there is a color difference or other defect, we request that you contact us immediately, no later than within 7 days after receipt of your delivery and before you start using the product. contact our customer service by sending an email to info@brandfarmcompany.com.

Reports of a damaged product upon delivery and/or color difference that are received by customer service 7 days after delivery or reports of a damaged product upon delivery and/or color difference where there is visible usage damage to the product will not be processed.
